Policies & Other Important Information
- For transfers, please book at least 2 hour prior to your desired pickup time.
- For tours, please book at least 1 day prior to your desired tour date.
- Food, drinks, admission tickets and boat tickets are not included in any of our tours, unless if otherwise mentioned.
- The duration of transportation and tours is approximate and depends on distance, traffic, roadworks & road conditions, weather conditions and any other unforeseen factors.
- Minimum number of persons for transfers is 1; for tours is 2.
- Maximum number of persons for transfers & tours: 8.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank deposits (for bank deposits, please allow at least 4 working days ahead).
- If you require transportation to the airport, please keep in mind that you should be at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.
- For airport pickups, the driver will meet you at the airport arrivals – look for the driver holding an “Odilia Transfers” sign. We will also send you the driver’s mobile number after the reservation.
- For hotel pickups, the driver will pick you up from your hotel ‘s front desk.
- Please inform us when making the request if infants or/and children are being transported, so that we may provide the appropriate seating (baby seat or booster seat).
